I can reproduce the problem on the website, however it's not clear to me
that the
issue is related to a bug in Chrome. In the attached experiment, the
Javascript
calls related to time appear to be functioning correctly. It would appear
that they
are using some other, likely incorrect mechanism, to determine time.
Perhaps their
issue is related to the agent type. It might be worthwhile to ping their
webmaster
to let them know about the issue.
