Comment #7 by [EMAIL PROTECTED]: Yes, the NPConstructFunctionPtr was added in FF 3 to support LiveConnect in the new NPAPI / NPRuntime Java Plug-In (as well as other plugins that want to be able to interact with the scripting engine at a deeper level). As mentioned above, the failure above is happening because the new Java Plug-In isn't being used. If 6u10 is the latest JRE installed (i.e., no Java 7) then this shouldn't happen. Is it possible you installed the JDK without installing the JRE?
