Steps:
1. Run Thai Chrome
2. Navigate to any page
3. Click "Click the current page -> Encoding" menu
    >>If this menu is disabled, try reloading the page first
4. Observe "Korean" and "Thai" sub menu

Result:
Sub menu "Korean" and "Thai" still showing in English

Expected:
Should be translated to Thai
