Comment #9 by [EMAIL PROTECTED]: Disabled encoding menu was taken care of in issue 2929 (fixed on both trunk and 0.3.154.x). There's an old patch by Johny to add ISO-8859-8-I to the encoding menu. If possible, I'd rather avoid that, but we may have to bite the bullet.
