Issue 3802: In omnibar Ctrl+Enter always set www. .com, but not set my  
country extension

   Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
      Safari 3:
     Firefox 3: OK
          IE 7: OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set Google Chrome language to non English language (For example Czech)
2. Type any letters to omnibar (For example "nic")
3. Press Ctrl + Enter

What is the expected result?

www.nic.cz

What happens instead?

www.nic.com
Ctrl+Enter ALWAYS set www. .com, but not set extension of my country. I  
prefer set conutry extension (as
IE or FF), that is set in options>Minor Tweax>Change font and  
language>Languiages>Google Chrome language
For Example: German language > www. .de, Czech language > www. .cz
