I disagree.  I was actually having cookie retention issues with Firefox as  
well.  It
wasn't as bad as Chrome though.  I typically log into my online banks to  
check and
pay bills once a month and Firefox was losing my cookies so that I had to  
retype my
card number each time (annoying).  Any site that I visited more frequently  
than just
once a month was fine.  I increased the max number of cookies and then  
everything was
fine and dandy.

I'm a heavy surfer and Chrome is losing cookies constantly even on sites  
that I visit
daily.  I'm not sure how the default maximum number of cookies in Chrome  
compares to
Firefox, but Chrome drops cookies a lot faster, or at least ones that I  
care about.
