What steps will reproduce the problem?
Unable to reproduce, however this is what caused it:
1. Start playing a YouTube video in a second tab
2. Drag the tab to a new window
3. Inspector opens unexpectedly.
4. Close inspector.
5. Select the youtube video; inspector reopens.
It will not go away!
What is the expected result?
What happens instead?
