Two locales (he and ar) have some whitespace weirdness in the translations
for IDS_ABOUT_VERSION_LICENSE (translation id 2874156562296220396):
In Hebrew:
There is no space after the words "Google Chrome".
In Arabic:
There is no space before <ph name="BEGIN_LINK_OSS"/>
Adding StringCheeze label just in case.
