What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Log on to www.microsoft.com
What is the expected result?
- The SilverLight Banner should load and be interactive
What happens instead?
- Instead it shows more of a static image, sometimes nothing at all.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
- Unfortunately a screen shot will not help since it is the interactivity
that is the problem.
