Issue 3996: Chrome Task Manager does not report memory statistics correctly
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=3996

New issue report by manishjhanji:
Chrome Version : 0.3.154.9
URLs (if applicable) : Any link
Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
      Safari 3: N/A
     Firefox 3:N/A
          IE 7:n/A

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Navigate to money.cnn.com
2. Open multiple links for this website in different tab.
3. Chrome will group all the tabs for this website under single process and
the memory info will not be added..

What is the expected result?
Chrome should add up the memory for all the tabs which are shown as a
single process.

What happens instead?
Chrome does not take into consideration of memory usage of different tabs
which are linked to single process/thread. The memory stats for this
process are reported incorrectly and same can be verified by comparing the
stats with windows task manager.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
