Issue 4132: Regression: Return key on "Change font and language settings"
button closes the options dialog.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to wrench/Options/Minor Tweaks tab.
2. Do tabbing to "Change font and language settings" button.
3. Hit return key.
What is the expected output?
Font and Languages dialog should show up.
What do you see instead?
Options dialog auto closes.
Works fine with Live build.
