Issue 4165: "Edit..." should be rename for folders in the bookmarks manager

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the bookmarks manager
2. Right click on a bookmarks folder
There is no item for rename, only edit. Selecting "edit..." just gives you
a dialog for renaming.
