What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. DOWNLOAD FILE
2. CLOSE CHROME
What is the expected result?
CHROME PAUSE THE DOWNLOAD UNTIL OPEN IT AGAIN
or IT PROMPET THAT THERE IS DOWN LOAD STILL OPEN
What happens instead?
CHROME CANCEL THE DOWNLOAD
