Not technically feasible on Windows XP and below. On Vista, would require a
major
rework of our plugin process model (one plugin process per tab), and I'm
still not
sure we could handle cases like Java that just go spawn their own processes
anyway.
The UI for this is tricky too; this is a rarely-used (though useful in
certain
scenarios) feature and per-tab indicator/control surface area is at a
premium.
I suggest punting this not because it's a bad idea but because the
technical and UI
issues probably make this impossible to do well.
