Firefox 3: OK
IE 7: OK
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set Chrome to save tabs across sessions, and then load tabs with images,
then quit Chrome.
2. Install the latest version of CCleaner.
3. Run CCleaner, including Google Chrome cache etc.
4. Launch Chrome, restoring the tabs.
5. Images etc do not load.
What is the expected result?
Tabs restore with all images and Javascript intact.
What happens instead?
Tabs restore but some javascript and images are missing.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
Clearing the cache from within Chrome resolves the issue.
CCleaner removes the cache files, and presumably not the cache entries for
them. Chrome then looks for the files, fails to find them and displays the
"missing object" image for images. If the cache file cannot be found,
Chrome should handle this gracefully and re-request the file.
