New issue 4701 by mahaniok: Chrome doesn't work as default browser on Vista

Other browsers tested:
   Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
      Safari 3:
     Firefox 3: OK
          IE 7: OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set Chrome browser as default through Chrome options.
2. Go to Start menu and click "Internet".

What is the expected result?
New window or tab in Chrome opens.

What happens instead?
Nothing.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Similarly, when clicking on URLs in 3rd-party apps, they don't open - just
nothing happens.
When setting default browser to another one everything works.

OS is Windows Vista.
