New issue 4709 by aksn1p3r: Chrome closes my tab even if i middle-click on  
it but do Release that click anywhere except for the tab.

   Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
      Safari 3: Fail!
     Firefox 3: OK
          IE 7: Not tested

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Middle-click on a tab but do not release.
2. Move mouse off the tab
3. Release middle-click

What is the expected result?
Tab should stay open, as the gesture is likely used as a fail-safe for
accidental tab closure.

What happens instead?
Tab closes unexpectedly.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
