Thanks John, you're right it have nothing to do with Chrome itself.. In my case it was a malware (I had Nod32 antivirus and he didn't detect anything :S) but with another soft I found the "Antivirus 2008 Malware"... I didn't manage to remove it, so I just did a quick format and reinstalled everything.. It's been a while now, and no problem with Chrome so far...
