Can you go to Start \ Run, and type in %SystemRoot% (end hit enter).
It should take you to your Windows directory. Usually, there is either a  
file called
MEMORY.DMP in there, or a *folder* called Minidump containing at least one  
file. The
timestamp on the file should correspond to the time of the crash. Feel free  
to email
us this file and I'll take a look (my address and Jon's should be available  
to you
from this bug report).
