New issue 4777 by dan.dragut: Single clicking tab to switch makes the tab
stick to move and Chrome crashes on drop
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=4777

Chrome Version : 0.4.154.25
URLs (if applicable) :
Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
      Safari 3: -
     Firefox 3: OK
          IE 7: OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Single clicking tabs to switch sometimes makes them stick to mouse,
pretty much like moving tabs around or extracting tab as single window.
2. After dropping the tab, Chrome crashes.

What is the expected result?
Tabs should not stick on single click, that should only happen on left
button dragging.

What happens instead?
drag, drop, kaboom.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
