Comment #2 on issue 4019 by rogerta: does not remember account number at my
bank site
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=4019

Marc Antoine Ruel uses the same bank as I do. He told me the issue is that
this bank pops up a
separate window to help handle the security, and that this does not work
well in chrome because
of the security model (the main window and the popup cannot communicate
with each other).

Here is another site that has the same problem, and does not require a
password. This page is
supposed to let you choose the right tires for your car. You enter the
year/make/model/options, and you get a list of tires. In chrome, once you
enter your
information and press "Find Tires", you come back to the same page to enter
the information
again, instead of getting a list of tires. Works in FF and IE. Also works
in Konqueror 3.5.2
so I don't think its a webkit issue.

My chrome settings are the following:
- phishing and malware detection is enabled
- cookie settings is "allow all cookies"
