ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE BROWSER WINDOW THERE SHOULD BE A SCROLL BAR TO NAVIGATE WITH IN A SMALL WINDOW INSIDE THE CURRENT BROWSER SCREEN FOR ADMINISTRATION OF A WEBSITE PROGRAM - VBULLETIN What happens instead? NO SCROLL BAR PRESENT - UNABLE TO RUN THE ADMINCP PROGRAM FOR THE SITE . Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.
