New issue 4868 by sdekock87: Tab bar disappears when maximizing on  
secondary monitor

Chrome Version       : 0.5.155.0
OS                   : Windows Vista (SP1, Aero enabled)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Move the chromium window to the secondary monitor
2. Maximize the window

What is the expected result?
The window is maximized while still showing the tab bar.

What happens instead?
The window is maximized and the tab bar disappears.

When maximizing on the primary monitor, the tab bar is still visible.
