New issue 4880 by m0.interactive: GMail resize rendering issue (White empty  
area appears) when resizing top and bottom frame border

   Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
      Safari 3: OK
     Firefox 3: OK
          IE 7: OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Navigate to website http://www.gmail.com , sign in, and click on inbox
2. Resize the window from bottom, or top

What is the expected result?
Window gets resized correctly

What happens instead?
A big white area appears (as much as resizing)

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
As you see, my normal gmail window looks like ATTACHEDFILE(normal.jpg)
When I resize it from using bottom frame border ATTACHEDFILE(resized-
small.jpg) you will notice that the scrollbar is not shown completly (like
hidden)
When you resize it back to normal size, you will see a huge white space  
ATTACHEDFILE(resized-normal.jpg)

How can we debug such a thing :x
