What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Middle-click the example URL (a "dangerous" HTML file)
2. Go to the new empty tab with the download bar opened

What is the expected result?
The whole warning and buttons are visible, as when left-clicking the link.

What happens instead?
The warning is chopped off and only part of one button is even visible.
