I agree with Matchu's question.

I do not understand the justification to detach the relevant window when  
creating
website shortcut on desktop, as well as one that can't be returned to the  
tab bar,
too. (CTRL+T doesn't return the open window to the tab bar although it is  
implied it
does). The user does not want a window that can't be properly used. IE7 and  
Firefox
do not have this issue indeed so why Chrome should?

the problem exists also in Chrome build 0.4.154.25 ...
