New issue 4950 by tpjapam.sk: Create application shortcut fails if there is  
already same named file

Chrome Version       : 0.5.154.27

Other browsers tested: This is a Chrome specific feature.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. goto any page (e.g. http://www.google.co.jp)
2. click "Page menu" and select "Create application shortcut"
3. make sure the shotcut is created on desktop
4. click "Page menu" and select "Create application shortcut" again

What is the expected result?
It suppose to show a window for renaming or overwriting.

What happens instead?
Nothing happed.(No dialogs nor messages)
