Occurs for me as well on my Vista Premium x86 SP1, including via RDP. Started happening around the same time as the crash on exit. Running 0.4.154.25 I've noticed some interesting properties: 1. When the unwanted drag occurs, drag the window out on its own; dragging back in will cause a crash. 2. Clicking a few times on the window instead of once helps avoid it.
