   Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
      Safari 3:
     Firefox 3:
          IE 8 Beta: Closes the tab on the mouse down event.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Press and hold the middle mouse button on a tab's title.
2. Continue to hold the middle mouse button and remove the mouse cursor
from the tab's title.
3. Release the middle mouse button.

What is the expected result?
The tab would not be closed.

What happens instead?
The tab is closed.
