New issue 4994 by [EMAIL PROTECTED]: marging of a table will push it out of  
the div

   Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
      Safari 3:
     Firefox 3: OK
          IE 7: OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. put a table in a div
2. give table margin (top)
3. table breaks out of div

What is the expected result?
margin happens within the div (looking like padding of that div)

What happens instead?
table breaks out of div (this only happens in chrome)

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
