[WorksForMe] in Chrome 0.4.154.25 (Official Build 5918) _WITH_ --new-http I think the new(upcoming) HTTP stack solves the problem for accessing https://www.sdn.sap.com/ To verify this, add --new-http to the end of the shortcut used to start Chrome. Are you able to access www.sdn.sap.com using new-http?
