I don't know a thing about Chinese-Traditional (Zh-TW) characters, but  
looking at the
translation in Visual Studio reveals a visual space in front of the first  
word (see
attachment). There is no whitespace in front of the word, it just as if this
character occupies a wider space than others and happens to be slightly  
aligned right
of center horizontally. :s

I think we need a Chinese speaker to weigh in here.
