New issue 5207 by rickytenzer: Upon launch, address bar is activated with
cursor located before the "http"
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=5207

Chrome Version : 0.5.155.0 (Developer Build 6485)
URLs (if applicable) :
Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
      Safari 3:
     Firefox 3: OK
          IE 7: OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open browser

What is the expected result?

I expect the address bar to not be activated so that I can click on it once
to change the address.

What happens instead?

Since the address bar is already activated, I have to double click to
change the address. However, once the browser is open, when I go back and
forth between tabs, I get the expected result.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

This change came with one of the builds. Before that build (I cannot recall
which one it was), I did not have this issue.

Thank you
