New issue 5224 by alex.zand: Maximizing Chrome browser doesn't work as  
expected

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Maximizing the Chrome Window

What is the expected result?
Maximized Chrome windows

What happens instead?
The window is smaller:
- there is a bit free space on the right side of the window
- there is a much free space below the window
- I can still move the window

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
1. I'm running Windows XP Professional (with SP3) on my Dell Inspiron 9400
Notebook
2. I have my Taskbar at the bottom of my monitor.
3. My Taskbar is locked on position and does never hide.
4. A new installation didn't took any effect.
