URLs (if applicable) : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Google_Chrome Other browsers tested: NA Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue: Safari 3: Firefox 3: IE 7: What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. I just restalled pc with windows xp pro version 5.1 (build 2600 xpsp1.020828-1920. sp 2) 2. install latest google version 3. after installation, run the shortcut button from desktop 4. browser opens up, but a pop up window appears with error message: "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc000001c). Click on OK to terminate the application." 5. clicking any other button/option in menu and toolbars will prompt the same error message pop up. What is the expected result? Should be able to surf net as per normal What happens instead? can't load anything using browser. Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.
