I have created "c:\TESóT" folder. In command prompt I issued "set
TMP=c:\TESóT" which
was rendered as "set TMP=c:\TESoT". After that I run "ChromeSetup.exe" and
got same
error 103 in installer.
I saw that folder "c:\TESoT" was created and I found "GUM18A.tmp" folder in
it.
Same time in "c:\TESóT" folder I found "CR_1A8.tmp" folder
with "CHROME.PACKED.7Z"
file, no traces of "setup.ex_".
