New issue 5390 by rightson: maximize chrome window in dual monitor  
environment

   Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
     Safari 3:  OK
     Firefox 3: OK
          IE 7: OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. dual-monitor with different resolutions (1680x1050  +  1280x1024)
2. maximize Google Chrome in the monitor with resolution 1280x1024
3. the windows will maximize to 1680x1050

What is the expected result?
Google Chrome maximize itself in correct resolution

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
