Yes, latest Chrome version can display transparent PNG with opacity, but  
with a big
BUG - it is filled with white and then a bit transparent. When my image is  
not white
at all. Please see the attached archive.
I have treid both image and div with a background - same result, white  
blend. Firefox
and Safari display it correctly.
