We have the same issue with our corporate Wiki, which runs Moinmoin with the Explorer theme. Unable to paste into any TEXTAREA or INPUT box on the site. Visiting a different site fixes the issue. Currently running Server 2008, however it happens on Windows XP. Other staff who use Chrome here experience the identical same problem - highly reproducible.
