Comment #4 on issue 5529 by xly...@chromium.org: Text input box does not
honor a font specified in CSS(?)
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=5529

There are three cases:

1. For text input should honor font specified in css:

It does on my XP, after I installed Myanmar font, without
specify "Sans-Serif" to it,
Myanmar will display as boxes; after I specified it, Myanmar can be
displayed
correctly at input box.

2. As I mentioned in case #1, Myanmar can only be displayed correctly after
I
specified sans-serif font, so I am wondering do we have some font fallback
problem
for Myanmar?

Because for Firefox, Myanmar can be displayed correctly right after I
installed the
corresponding font without any configuration.

3. For textarea:

Even if I specified "Sans-Serif" to Myanmar font, Myanmar still showing as
boxes in
textarea.

It is OK on Firefox and IE7.

PS:
1. I think ravi.chhabra is running Chrome on Vista, but my above test
result is based
on XP. (My Vista constantly crash during I install the font, I will post a
result on
Vista later)

2. Safari cannot display Myanmar anywhere even if I specified the "Standard
font".
IE need to register the font first.

3. "Myanmar3" font can be found at
