In the spirit of quick, frequent updates, I don't think we should have a
generic
"you've been updated" notification. We should promote new features when
and where it
makes senses. Depending on the feature, this might involve a promotion on
the NTP, a
new tab, or something more contextual. For example, autofill can easily be
discovered
through using it.
Do you have any particular feature in mind for this? If not, I'd like to
mark this as
wont-fix.
