I downloaded the latest version (which I had) but I did a new download and reinstalled Same two problems: Can't download pdf's Can't type an email message in Hotmail. Please note that i have not installed service pack #3 -- perhaps this is an issue. I can't install service pack #3 -- the installation repeatedly fails.
