New issue 5768 by mahaniok: moving back to textarea input moves cursor to  
the input start

     Firefox 3: OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open any textarea input, e.g. this "Description" field when submitting a
new bug, or "Compose e-mail" in Gmail, etc.
2. Type something, put cursor to some position in the text.
3. Press Tab to go to the next element
4. Press Shift-Tab to go to back to textarea

What is the expected result?
Cursor should go to the place where we were.

What happens instead?
Cursor goes to the beginning of textarea.

possible.
