Log in 2. Click on one of my machines 3. Log into machine from there log in page 4. I click remote control from their option pages What is the expected result? It should bring up my machine on the screen to the login screen. What happens instead? It comes up with an error saying "This application has failed to start because xpcom.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix the problem."(Screenshot 1). I click OK 5 or 6 times then it tries to install Java then a blank screen appears in the browser with another message box that has no text and the it just sits there and dose nothing(Screenshot 2). Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.
