Can you please upgrade to the dev channel
(http://dev.chromium.org/getting-involved/dev-channel/) and see if this  
issue is seen
on the latest dev channel build (1.0.154.42)? Also try launching Chrome  
with the
following command line:

chrome.exe --new-http

Does that solve your problem?
