Confirmed with Chrome 1.0.154.42.
More precise reproduction:
1. Log in to your gmail account.
2. Make sure you see a "Chat" section with "Search, add or invite" bar,
your status
etc.
3. Click Options->All contacts.
4. You should get a scrollbar in the list of contacts. It won't work if
your contacts
list is too small.
5. Now scroll it a bit downwards.
6. Hover over one of the top contacts.
7. Notice that the css popup is not aligned with the contact's name.
8. Try to click "Mail", "Chat" or any other button in the popup.
9. This also fails because the popup disappears.
