Comment #1 on issue 5950 by jer...@chromium.org: rest.co.il: Hebrew text
encoding not specified correctly.
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=5950

Other browsers:
FF3 displays correctly

Bug description:
Hebrew text is displayed as gibberish.

Discussion:
The Hebrew text on the page is encoded in ISO-8859-1.
The page doesn't specify an encoding (the hebrew text in the outer frame is
composed
entirely of images).

FF & IE auto-detect the encoding themselves, Webkit doesn't.

The site should really be specifying the encoding, either with a
content-type header
or a meta tag in the HEAD element.

On the Chrome side:
jshin, xji: is there anything we can do to autodetect the encoding here?
