Another way to reproduce it: 1. Open this website http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/downloads/CD010798671033.aspx 2. Enter the link "Security Update for Access Snapshot Viewer 2003 (KB955439)" (for example) USING THE Ctrl KEY so it will open in a new tab. 3. Click the download button in the new page. and immediately afterwards switch to another tab, so when the download is offered you are no longer in that tab... 4. Switch back to that tab (after the "Down Arrow" is in the tab's title) 5.
