I think we should keep this open. It's a valid (and common) feature
request: open a
file from a temp location/the cache instead of my downloads folder (like
Internet
Explorer offers with the Run instead of Save option).
Note that this is not the same as choosing 'open' or clicking an item in
the download
shelf: that still leaves detritus in my Downloads folder.
