I was able to reproduce on 1.0.156.0 (r7554).
The download bar gets into a state where clicking on the 'x' doesn't close
the bar.
The rest of the download bar UI remains functional. Follow instructions in
comment
#2 to replace previously saved page with same name. Close download bar and
repeat.
